Cognos Consultant

Contract or Contract-to-hire or FT Permanent

Consultants must have strong knowledge in Cognos Suite

Cognos 10 Experience, highly desirable
Report Studio – relational reports at least 3 years
Report Studio – MDX reports at least 18 months
Framework Modeling – at least 2 years
Power Play Transformer / OLAP– at least 2 years (in Cognos 8.3 and Cognos 8.4)
Working knowledge in Query Studioand Analysis Studio
Experience with SDK highly desirable
Experience with Data Manager / Decision Stream highly desirable

Database:

Oracle 10g/ 11g – 3 years
SQL Server 2005/ 2008 – 3 years

ETL experience is a plus

Informatica/Data Manager/SSIS

Should be able to coordinate QA/UAT with the QA Team and business users. Must be capable of working on project independently with minimum or no guidance.

Projects and engagements can be anywhere in the US.

Travel: 75-100% to client sites.
