Software Engineer
Location: 915 West Imperial Highway, Suite 100, Brea CA 92821

Design, development and implementation of business intelligence (BI) solutions. Participate in all phases of the BI and IT systems development lifecycle including project management, planning, systems architecture, installation, configuration, design, development, testing, end user training, end user process documentation of client server and internet/intranet application, as well as relational database design and tuning.

Special Requirements: Datawarehousing (Cognos Report Net, Framework Manager, Cognos Power Play Transformer); Webtech (HTML, JavaScript, VB Script);  RDBMS (SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase, MySQL). Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related. 

Programmer Analyst
Location: 915 West Imperial Highway, Suite 100, Brea CA 92821

Analyze user requirements, current operational procedures, functional specifications, and user data. Identify and document client’s business or test requirements. Perform object oriented analysis, devise methods and approaches to solve problems and meet user needs for client server platforms. Utilize object oriented languages and concept databases. Create algorithms as needed to manage and implement proposed solutions. Participate in test planning and test execution for functional, system, integration and performance testing. Work with test automation tools for recording/coding in object oriented languages and execute in regression testing cycles. Document and track issues as well as issues resolution. Support Project Manager in completing test objectives according to the schedules set forth from time to time. Test and debug software. Complete on-going training and learn new skills/programs.

Special Requirements: J2EE technologies including Java, JSP, Servlets, HTML, XML, Javascript, Oracle, DB2, iPlanet IDE, Dreamweaver, Windows, Solaris, Design, development, testing & implementation support of software components. Masters Degree in Computer Science or related field.

Sr. Performance Management Consultant
We are looking for a senior Performance Management consultant to join our team.  Consulting experience is mandatory. Solid experience with IBM Cognos TM1 is a must.  Must have financial planning, budgeting and forecasting experience. Experience with any other planning/budgeting platform, in addition to TM1, is a plus. IBM Cognos 8 BI platform experience is highly desirable. Knowledge of relational database design and development--very strong Oracle, SQL skills. Experience in implementing security in the Cognos environment is highly desirable. Excellent oral and written communication skills is mandatory.  

BI Solutions Architect
The BI Solutions Architect will provide software solution expertise in collaboration with business development and project delivery teams in planning, strategy, and execution to achieve measurable benefits in operational effectiveness and decision making for our clients.  The BI Solutions Architect may be assigned to a single account for a period of time or work across multiple engagements. He/she will complement the Sales and Delivery teams by providing deep knowledge on the business intelligence and reporting disciplines; working to strategize on and expand early stage opportunities; shaping select sales opportunities and client solutions; providing expertise in business intelligence and reporting solution offerings; and building advisory relationships with clients.

10 + years of consulting experience with Big Four, Regional/Global System Integrator in a similar position. Experience with Data Governance and Master Data Management projects required. Demonstrated experience with Business Intelligence strategy and tools. Understanding of reporting technical architectures and supporting software solutions/applications such as Cognos, Hyperion, Business Objects, SAP, Oracle, etc. Deep understanding of financial and operational analytics. Project Management and Team Management experience in a consulting environment, including related experience in areas of complex reporting system implementations. Ability to work with sales and client teams to identify client business needs, develop value propositions and strategy. Comfortable interacting with C-level contacts.

Sr. BI Consultants
Must have 8 plus years of IT experience. Experience in Cognos tools (PowerPlay, FM, Impromptu, ReportNet) and/or other BI tools (Business Objects, Microstrategy etc). Experience in generating data models for Data Warehousing (including dimensional Star Schema models). Experience and understanding of ETL (Informatica, SSIS, Data Manager, etc) Tools & OS.

Business Development Managers
The earning potential is considerable for an experienced candidate with a proven sales record (min. 3 years) in IT consulting or in a related technical sales endeavor. Must have a solid track record combined with self-reliance, good oral and written communications, resourcefulness, creativity, and excellent closing skills.
